Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. The return label is on us, there is no restocking fee, and your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
| 1. | Email info@alirathelabel.com with your order number and the items you want to return. |
| 2. | We reply within 24 hours on business days and send you a prepaid return label with the return address on it. |
| 3. | Pack the items, attach the label and drop the parcel off at the carrier. Please wait for the label, as an unannounced return cannot be traced back to your order. |
| 4. | We inspect the return on arrival and email you as soon as the refund is issued. |
Once your return arrives at our warehouse we inspect it and process the refund within 3 to 5 business days, to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the money in your account. Where shipping was charged, for example Priority Shipping, the original shipping cost is not refunded.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see it, contact us and we will trace it with the payment provider.
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want, so you are not waiting on stock.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of swimwear or pierced jewellery such as earrings. Items marked Final Sale on their product page cannot be returned either.
A discounted price does not make an item Final Sale. Only products that carry the Final Sale label on the product page are excluded.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We resolve it at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid, and you do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
You can cancel free of charge as long as your order has not been dispatched, so please email us as soon as possible. Once it is on its way, the return process above applies.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us. We open a case with the carrier and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Alira The Label is operated by Silu Ecom LLC, 30 N Gould St #62750, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That is our administrative address, not a returns address: always request a return label first. Returns are accepted from addresses within the United States, the only country we currently ship to. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service, alongside our Shipping Policy.
