We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Email us at info@alirathelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
Sale items, swimwear, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective.
If you received a damaged item, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
